    Ayalon: Military Operation in Gaza would Complicate Situation

    Knesset Member and former Shin Bet head Ami Ayalon of Israel’s Labor Party said in an interview with Israel Radio that he opposes the takeover of the Gaza Strip but supports any military moves to prevent a terror attack.

    Ayalon said that a wide military operation in the strip will "unite all the Palestinian factions against us and will complicate israel’s position militarily and politically."
